These Terms of Service govern the access and use of our financial management software and related services. By registering or using our Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Legal Information and Eligibility
The Platform is owned by 3-101-946648 SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA, legal ID 3-101-946648, located in San José, Mata Redonda, from Canal Siete, 200m west and 150m south.
To use this service, you must:
Be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract in Costa Rica.
Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration.
2. Service Description
Our Platform offers technological tools designed to help users organize, visualize, and plan their personal finances.
Important financial disclaimer
The Platform is a software and self-help tool. The Company is not a registered financial advisor, stockbroker, accountant, or tax advisor. The generated content is for informational and educational purposes. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. We recommend consulting with a certified professional before making significant investment or debt decisions.
3. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
Any activity performed under your account will be considered your responsibility.
You must notify us immediately at NACHO@ZENLOTH.TECH of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Subscriptions, Payments and Refunds
A. Subscription Plans
Access to certain Platform features requires a paid subscription. Current prices will be displayed on the Platform and include applicable taxes (13% VAT as applicable in Costa Rica).
B. Billing
By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the corresponding fees on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan).
C. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will prevent the next recurring charge but will not entitle you to prorated refunds for the period already paid, unless Costa Rican law provides otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, logos, designs, and algorithms of the Platform are the exclusive property of 3-101-946648 S.A. or its licensors and are protected by Costa Rican intellectual property laws and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal and non-commercial use.
6. User Conduct and Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code.
Upload malicious content (viruses, malware) or attempt to breach system security.
Use robots or scripts to extract data ("scraping") without prior authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Law No. 7472 (Promotion of Competition and Effective Consumer Defense), the Company shall not be liable for:
Financial losses resulting from the use or inability to use the tool.
Errors or omissions in data entered by the user.
Temporary technical interruptions due to maintenance or internet/hosting provider failures.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or close your account without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms or if your behavior puts the Platform or other users at risk.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute arising from this contract that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted exclusively to the Courts of Justice of San José, Costa Rica.
