Delete your Zenloth account

How to request deletion of your account and associated data, even if you no longer have the app installed.

Request deletion by email

You can request deletion of your Zenloth account and associated data by emailing support@zenloth.tech. You do not need to install the app or sign in to send this request.
Send the request from the email address linked to your Zenloth account. If you no longer have access to that address or use an Apple private email address, explain this so our team can help you verify account ownership.
Protect your information
Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, card information or financial records. Our team will verify account ownership before processing deletion. Sending an email starts a support request; it does not mean your account has already been deleted.

Delete your account in Zenloth

If you can sign in, open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm with the code sent to your email. Requesting help by email does not replace that confirmation or delete your account automatically.

6A. Account Deletion and Limited Retention

You can request deletion in Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm it in the app with the code sent to your email. Confirmation emails are sent automatically from an unmonitored no-reply address; replying to that address does not submit or complete a deletion request. Confirming deletion deactivates your account and permanently removes profile data, financial records, connected-mailbox data, AI response reports and insurance quote requests from the application database. This is irreversible: you cannot restore the deleted account or its former data by registering again.
Some work continues after the app signs you out, including deletion of stored AI conversations, remaining sign-in records and provider-access cleanup. Our target is to complete this automatic background work within seven days after your account is deactivated through confirmed deletion. Database quote records are removed at confirmation without waiting seven days. The app reports that cleanup is still in progress; signing out alone does not mean every downstream task has finished. Contact support@zenloth.tech for a completion update or if you need help.
To prevent repeated one-time free trials, Zenloth derives a keyed cryptographic fingerprint from a normalized email while checking trial eligibility or processing deletion. After deletion, only that fingerprint, its purpose, key version and creation/expiry times are retained for this control; the original email and links to the deleted user or provider account are removed. The fingerprint can match a reused email but cannot restore the account or its data. It is retained for no more than 24 months after deletion. Creating another account with the same normalized email does not reset trial eligibility during that period.
Privacy-minimized product-health telemetry, aggregate statistics, limited records needed for security, billing or legal obligations, and non-identifying deletion records may remain. These exceptions do not permit retaining insurance contact details, birthdates or quote contents for trial-abuse prevention. Historical backups and recovery snapshots are not erased by the account-deletion transaction and may retain earlier copies until those backups expire or are separately removed. Contact support@zenloth.tech for the applicable retention period and completion status of a retained record or recovery copy.
Account deletion does not delete original messages from your mailbox or automatically erase emails, manually maintained follow-up copies or data already received by an insurance partner or AI provider. Section 2A and the AI Privacy Agreement describe these separate copies and how to request help. Deleting a Zenloth account is not a cancellation of an insurance policy with a partner.
